The last edition of the Barcelona Breast Meeting, chaired by Jaume Masiá,
and Jian Farhadi, in March 2015, was a great success with attendance of
over 300 people and enthusiastic feedback from all perspectives.
A world-renowned international faculty will meet in BBM 2016 to
promote and share knowledge on latest breast surgery techniques.
This three-day meeting will include oncological, aesthetic, functional
and reconstructive aspects of breast surgery. Current techniques will
be presented with a clear focus on optimizing outcomes, preventing
and managing the most common problems in our practice.

conference will combine real-life experiences and professional insight
into minimizing complications associated with the practical aspects of
aesthetic and reconstructive breast procedures with tips and tricks from
the experts to identify the root causes of complications and strategies
to successfully manage them.

We will continue with the format of live surgery sessions, pre-recorded
video surgery, discussion of di cult cases and round tables. New
sessions, controversy and cross-fire debates will be introduced this year
to increase interaction with the audience. Having so many national and international brilliant minds and years of
experience all together in one place has the potential to be an amazing
opportunity to exchange ideas, seek advice and obtain pearls of wisdom
from the “masters”, creating a platform for an open exchange.
